Welcoming Professor Vitaliy Khutoryanskiy as Deputy Editor-in-Chief

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Vitaliy Khutoryanskiy as the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Eurasian Journal of Chemistry!
Professor Khutoryanskiy is Professor of Formulation Science at the Reading School of Pharmacy, University of Reading (UK). His research spans the design and application of novel polymers, nanomaterials, and biomaterials for pharmaceutical, biomedical, agrochemical, and food uses, with particular focus on transmucosal drug delivery, mucoadhesive and mucus-penetrating nanocarriers, and hydrogels.
He has received numerous distinctions, including the McBain Medal from the Society of Chemical Industry and the Royal Society of Chemistry (2012), Fellowship of the Royal Society of Chemistry (2015), the Innovative Science Award from the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Great Britain (2022), the Royal Society Industry Fellowship (2023), and the Fellowship of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Great Britain (2024).
Professor Khutoryanskiy has authored over 250 research papers and reviews indexed by Scopus, edited five books, and filed three patent applications. His extensive expertise in polymers, colloids, pharmaceutics, drug delivery, and biomaterials will bring invaluable insight and leadership to our editorial team.
